Lead Pastor - Southwest Kansas (#12133)

Our client in Southwest Kansas is a growing (700+) diverse church seeking a Lead Pastor so succeed the retiring Senior Pastor. The plan is for an overlap transition (depending on timing).

The church is associated with the Trinity Fellowship Association of Churches. As such, it is elder-led, evangelistic, charismatic and diverse. This 32-year old church has been led by the Current Senior Pastor for the last 13 years. The church seeks to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ, through:

- serving unselfishly
- sharing their lives openly
- shaping healthy disciples
- sending out with irresistible lifestyles that will change the world

We are searching for a pastor who has at least 10 years of experience in ministry, preferably with a solid theological education. Experience in a growing church with healthy community and discipleship is highly desired. Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred - bilingual is a big plus.

God is moving in this church and this city. We need someone who is committed to reaching out to the community and who has experience leading others toward such a mission.
