Job Description:

North Central Church is a thriving church north of Houston, Texas, in the community of Spring.  Our mission is simple, "Love God, love people, share Jesus, and make disciples." We are looking for a full time Children’s Pastor who will come along side us and help us accomplish this mission; someone who is passionate about reaching, teaching and training kids; someone who understands the importance of LOVE in ministry and demonstrates that through building relationships.


Main responsibilities include:

- Provide oversight of all Children's Ministries, birth - 5th grade, which includes 300+ kids and 100 volunteer staff weekly.

- Personally teach and direct Junior Children's Service on Sunday mornings.  

- Plan and facilitate all special events such as Camps, VBS, and holiday-driven, community outreaches surrounding Easter, Halloween, and Christmas.

- Schedule, recruit and train volunteer staff.


Normal, weekday work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9am – 4pm.


Pay commensurate with education and/or experience.  Health insurance provided.
