Job Description:

Grace Community Church, an Evangelical, non-denominational church in Overbrook Kansas, is seeking to hire a full-time Associate Pastor of Families and Discipleship.  Applicants should have experience and a calling in leading youth ministry, including teaching, organizing, and leading students grades 6-12.  This job will also require the promotion of intergenerational connectedness between parents and students with oversight (though not direct involvement) of children’s and collegiate ministries.  Applicants should also have a passion for educational / discipleship ministries for all ages in the church.  Education and experience requirements are secondary to character, passion, and potential.
