The Living Word Church - Dayton, Ohio is a non-denominational church celebrating our 26th year and is growing with over 1200 regular weekend attendees. We are searching for a full-time Business and Operational Manager. Duties include a broad range of duties:
budget preparation and execution, fiscal management, payroll accounting, human resources, IT coordination, risk management, and property and grounds management. Team-work and a capacity to take initiative are valued. The position offers an extremely generous benefits

Skills and Other Qualifications Required
-Proficiency in Quick Books Pro and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
-Significant business experience and knowledge in either corporate or church environments. Prior experience in a church setting is preferred.
-Strong communication skills and ability to interact with entire church population.
-High personal credibility, with a strong set of values consistent with church culture.
-Financial competence and a high level of expertise in cash management and treasury functions.
-Good presentation skills.
-Good communication skills to work with wide variety of people and groups.
