Currently we are looking to fill the position as a full-time position. The couple would travel with the choir about 6-7 months out of the year and work out of the home office during the non-tour months. Under the guidance, training, and support of the current US Directors the tour couple will be responsible for managing the tour staff/interns and children. The couple will be responsible for the health, spiritual, & physical well-being of the team and most importantly the 24 Ugandan & Kenyan children that are in the choir. The couple will also work administratively in managing and delegating interns to fulfill their tour roles and duties (i.e. Store, child sponsorship, budgets, sound and stage preparation, etc.)

The role of the tour couple encompasses many things and is highly relational. They must be passionate about Jesus. At the same time they have to be organized and willing to learn new things. This job does not require musically talent, but it can be helpful at times.
