Baptist --SBC
Church Size:
7501 to 10000
Job Type:
Pinelake Church
Job Description:

You’re driven to use your pastoral gifts to get the leadership’s vision rolling. After years spent planning and leading projects, you want to take those skills and help move things forward. You can transition seamlessly between hearing a plan and tapping the right people to make that vision a reality.

You wake up on Monday with specific plans to learn, serve and grow that week. But when you have to change directions unexpectedly, you’re not bothered; you can move to the next task quickly. If you were there with Moses when his arms got tired, you’d be ready to jump in and hold them up. That’s because you want to support leaders who can push you and help you grow in the gifts God has given you.

  • Implement and execute the direction and plans of the Senior Executive and Senior Pastor.
  • Serve as a liaison and ministry coordinator for the Elders of Pinelake Church.
  • Oversee and maintain the Pastoral Budget including preparing purchase orders and submitting check requests.  Track and balance the monthly expenses and report activity to the Senior Executive Pastor.
  • Represent the Senior Executive Pastor at meetings and events in the community or at any of the campuses of Pinelake Church including Finance and Personnel team meetings.
  • Work with the Communication team of Pinelake Church to coordinate the priorities of Senior Leadership.
  • Coordinate the logistics of the Strategic and Long Term plans for Pinelake Church.
  • Prepare and perform research for special projects as determined by the Senior Executive Pastor.
  • Coordinate all special events by the office of Senior Pastoral Leadership.
  • Maintain and coordinate the calendar of the Senior Executive Pastor.
  • Host special guests of Pinelake Church.
  • Coordinate or work in conjunction with trip coordinators to arrange travel, accommodations, supplies, and other needs for trips, concerts, conferences and guest speakers.

  • Maintain and update the Elder Web Site as needed.
  • Collect and maintain ministry reports from the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate the approval of and track scheduled vacation time for the Senior Leadership Team in conjunction with the Senior Executive Pastor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • College degree or equivalent. Five to ten years administrative experience at the executive level. Education may be substituted for experience.
