TITLE: Digital Influence Specialist


JOB SUMMARY:  Under direction of the Director of Communications, the Digital Influence Specialist will be responsible for researching, finding, booking and hosting interview guests for Shepherd’s Grove/Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller, as well as implementing a digital communication strategy.




Guest Booking and Guest Relations

  • Researching and tracking social and mainstream media influence of potential guests
  • Managing online requests
  • Managing guest calendar
  • Acting as liaison between Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller and guest(s)
  • Reviewing interview questions with Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller team
  • Coordinating travel and lodging accommodations
  • Hosting guests on Sunday Mornings
  • Following up with guest after airing/online broadcast
  • Measuring ROI
  • Sending the Backstory link and custom graphics

Social Media

  • Oversee daily management of all social media platforms and accounts
  • Build and execute social media strategy through research, platform determination,
  • benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Work with Creative Services to generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community
  • Moderate all user-generated content
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules



  • BA in Communications or similar degree, or three years equivalent experience
  • Experience working with or hosting high profile guests
  • Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to  Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and YouTube
  • Experience with leveraging social media management and analytics tools like Hootsuite.


  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Must be a creative visionary with a keen eye for design
  • Broad understanding of how to measure and create an integrated digital footprint
  • Working knowledge and experience in planning, managing and executing social media initiatives
  • Working knowledge of Shepherd’s Grove/Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller
