POSITION TITLE: Associate Pastor

LOCATION: Beautiful Boston suburb, MA

SALARY RANGE: Commensurate with Experience

DENOMINATION: NonDenominational

MinisterSearch (https://MinisterSearch.com/) is partnering with a great church in their search for an Associate Pastor. This is a new position and requires a person who is called to pastoral ministry, demonstrates the heart and care of a shepherd, has administrative giftings, and is called specifically to New England. This smaller church is ready to break through to the next level.

Made up of a dynamic group of people growing in their faith and striving to live out the love of Christ, the congregation comprises people in every stage of life and from many walks of life—from their strong core of young families, seniors, students and teens to the children in our nursery. Their desire, whether a person has never been to church before or grown up going every Sunday, is for everyone to feel at home as soon as they arrive.

Widely regarded for its high quality schools and community spirit, the lovely Boston suburb where this church is located is a highly desirable community. In addition to offering a full range of housing options, the real estate market has been historically strong and resistant to economic downturns. The community's physical proximity to Boston, the Massachusetts seashore, and the White Mountains of New Hampshire, along with excellent major highway access, all contribute to its broad appeal.

This is a traditional New England town that has grown significantly in the past generation. While it is in one of the more affluent communities in Massachusetts, many of the attenders come from surrounding neighborhoods that are less financially blessed. So, there is a great opportunity for the right person to minister to and reach a diverse group of people for the Lord.
