Christian Grads - Executive Assistant to the President


Job Description: 


The Executive Assistant will perform administrative duties for the executive management at the Christian Grads Fellowship.  Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel arrangements; setting up meetings and events; preparing reports and financial data; and communication with partners and supporters. This individual will also help assist with donor management, research, and external communications; requires strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of staff, as well as outside vendors and donors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.

Education & Experience: 

  • Five years of administrative experience preferred

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Quickbooks is ideal

  • Knowledge of standard administrative practices and procedures
