Job Description:
Bi-Lingual (fluency in Spanish and English) Weekend Producer – South Barrington

Do you experience a thrill in being the one who is accountable for successfully executing and tweaking a “live” production – managing its growth from a story board idea into a detailed service plan week after week?

Are you passionate about producing Kingdom proclaiming, creative weekend services, special events and conferences with a heavy emphasis on excellence and the innovate use of the visual arts and performing arts?

Are you known for your spiritual discernment, emotional intelligence and your ability to establish rapport with artists, musicians, and teaching pastors?

Do you long to apply your well developed cross cultural and bi-lingual skills (Spanish and English) to build the Kingdom for God’s glory and support the health and growth of Willow Creek Community Church towards that end?
As a creative member of the South Barrington Programming team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we are producing Kingdom advancing, excellent, impactful, cross culturally oriented, artistically appealing weekend services. It is a requirement that this staff person fluently speak and read both in English and Spanish.
