River City Christian
Job Description:

River City Christian is seeking a dynamic and authentic woman to join our ministry staff as the Director of Women's Ministries.  Currently there are approximately 200 women involved in weekly Bible studies, about 75 women participating in our Moms Connection, a crafters fellowship group, annual global outreach trips, and an annual Women's Retreat attended by nearly 300.  Applicants should have a heart for shepherding and discipling women of all ages and life stages, an ability to teach from God's Word, administrative skills and a commitment to recruit and equip leadership teams.  This individual will also work alongside other ministry staff in shaping and implementing all-church spiritual growth strategies. Many of our pastoral staff have been at the church for 10, 15, even 25 years, so we believe this is a great place to work.  Our previous Women's Director served over 11 years before transitioning into a new profession.  We offer an appropriate salary and benefits package.  Most of all, we are looking for a gifted woman who loves Jesus and loves to pour into the lives of other women.
