Job Description:

Timberlake is a fast growing, simple, creative, tech-savvy, and increasingly multi-racial church committed to reaching people for Christ and growing them in their faith. We are a multi-campus church currently with three locations and a fourth campus launching this winter.  We also just completed a multi-million dollar addition to our Redmond campus.


We are seeking a talented individual to join the team in the role of Creative Pastor. This person will be a self-starter, fun to be around, with a track record of success in their last position.  They will oversee the worship, media, communication, video, tech, and production teams (about 8 full time / part time staff plus volunteer teams)

•Do you tithe and serve at a local church already?


Some of the specific responsibilities include:

•Understand and communicate the vision of Timberlake Church through multiple forms of media

•Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all worship, tech, and media systems and protocol

•Provide pastoral and directional leadership to the Creative team

•Oversee the film, design, broadcast, digital, and communication teams of the church

•Oversee the programming of the worship services

•Managing progress of projects and teams

•Leading staff (volunteer & paid)

•Ensuring quality control

•Strategic planning and implementation

•Oversee department Budget


This position requires a positive attitude, an understanding of technology, an ability to communicate well, relational intelligence, and attention to detail.  The ideal candidate will be experienced, ready to provide solutions, have a propensity to joy, be a future thinker, and be a self-starter.
