One Mission. Every neighborhood.
God has given Vineyard a mission in Cincinnati for the expansion of His Kingdom. Their values are woven throughout everything they do. It is a ‘forward-centric’ church that is passionate and focused on His vision and purpose for Vineyard. The church constantly
seeks opportunities for evangelism, with the ultimate intention of discipleship, when radical acceptance meets radical discipleship. The culture of serving is foundational to its DNA, where each volunteer is considered a leader—a valuable leader to
the mission of the church. This longstanding attribute speaks to the heritage of outreach and heart for serving that is integrated within the Vineyard organism.
Together forward. We are His. We are focused. We are Vineyard.
Worship is why we exist. When this is understood, then everything else in the Bible and the stuff of life starts to make sense. We gather to offer God the worship He deserves. His presence propels us to live lives of worship every day. IT’S ALL ABOUT
We’re on God’s redeeming, restoring, reconciling mission together. We love with God’s love. We enjoy diversity. We demonstrate care and compassion. We extend Jesus’ invitation for all to “come.” We’re doing our best TO LOVE THE PEOPLE OF CINCINNATI
INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS.
The norm for every believer is to be intentionally engaged in the supernatural process of becoming more like the people God created us to be. Healthy things grow. This happens primarily through the study of God’s Word, cooperation with the Holy Spirit,
and relational connection with other believers. GOD LOVES YOU JUST AS YOU ARE, BUT TOO MUCH TO LEAVE YOU THAT WAY.
Jesus said that in His kingdom the greatest are the ones who serve. We serve each other. We serve in our church. We serve our city. We serve the hurting. We serve the poor. We serve the spiritually lost. SMALL THINGS DONE WITH GREAT LOVE WILL CHANGE
When we live selfless, generous lives, it speaks to everyone around us of the real life change that is happening in us. It’s the basis for all evangelism and all missions. Because of God’s generosity, WE’RE GIVING AWAY TO THE WORLD WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN
We were made for relationship and community. There’s something good about being together. The Church is described as a body and as a family. God shows up in unique ways when we gather in groups large or small. LIFE IS BETTER DONE TOGETHER.
