Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for a creative, strategic, and collaborative Campus Production Manager to join our Lino Lakes Campus team located in Centerville, Minnesota. This person will lead the production team to support and enhance the worship experience with the Music Pastor. What You’ll Champion // ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Leader of execution for all weekend services and events at their campus
  • Support campus music pastor in creating weekend service programming at the campus
  • Responsible for implementing music pastor’s creative vision for weekend services through overseeing production elements (programming, staging, transitions, campus pastor spots)
  • Deliver a well-planned and executed weekend by acting as a liaison with music pastor and Production Team
  • Manages campus Production Team through team leadership, coaching, and skill development
  • Responsible for all technical systems at campus: audio, video, lighting in all auditorium spaces (main auditorium, kids’ auditoriums, and overflow rooms)
  • Manages campus production budget
  • Ensure core standards at campus for weekend services: programming and production
  • Function as project manager at campus for new initiatives and/or upgrades




  • Provide direct supervision, work direction, and broad leadership to campus production team (staff and volunteer)
  • Oversee programming and execution of Eagle Brook Church weekend services, Student Ministries services, and special events
  • Lead campus weekly debrief with Production and Music team
  • Serve as the communication link between the creative, music, production, and ministry teams
  • Attend multi-campus production meetings as required
  • Project manage production upgrades, repairs, and new installation for all production spaces
  • Provide programming and technical consultation to other campus ministry areas
  • Work closely and in-step with music pastor to implement a shared vision for weekend services




  • Education: Associates degree, technical school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required (typically 4+ years)
  • Education preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (typically 8+ years)
  • 4+ years working in a music, live production, creative or church environment
  • 2+ years supervisory skills required
  • Passionate for utilizing all types of programming, creative and production arts that create environments and experiences that enhance worship
  • Proven ability to lead and work with all levels of staff and volunteers
  • Passionate for top quality production and excellence with a working knowledge of all aspects of live production which includes: programming, audio, lighting, multimedia, music, and staging
  • Creative and big picture thinker
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and use good judgment in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and be a part of a team
  • Ability to receive and process feedback effectively


Work Schedule:  Wednesday – Sunday. Must be available to work Student Ministries on Wednesday nights, rehearsals on Thursday evenings, and occasional evenings for special events. Expected to work 45+ weekends/year.
