Job Description:

Christ Community Church [www.ccclive.org] is a congregation of 1000+ in Sunday attendance that seeks candidates who have the gifts and skills as a Church Administrator.  With a very healthy staff environment and life-giving congregation, candidates are poised for a great future.  Candidates must be able to lead teams well and understand the administrative dynamics of a larger church setting.  Candidates must have working knowledge of systems and know how to manage them as well.  The selected candidate will lead 2 teams:

  • Administrative Assistant Team [Admin Staff - currently 8 staff]
  • Resource Management Team [Facility, Finance and Personnel Teams]

The selected candidate will serve along side the Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor and Pastor of Leadership Development in leading the staff and congregation towards its mission and core values.  Please send resume to Brad Wilcox at brad@ccclive.org by October 30.  An application and job description will be emailed to candidates.
