Living Hope Community Church
Job Description:

Living Hope Community Church is a growing and dynamic church in Dublin, PA. We have a strong music ministry with two services each Sunday. We have a heart for reaching our community and growing deep in Christ.

Our church is growing, over the last two years from 200 to 400 each week,  so we have moved from part-time to a full-time Worship Director/Pastor position.

We are looking for a person to lead worship, as well as to oversee the entire Sunday Morning experience from the parking lot to the final prayer.  This would involve coordinating with the Music and Creative Arts teams and the Tech team. This leader will work closely with the pastors and the leaders of the other ministries, including our "First Impressions Team" which includes our Parking, Ushers, Greeters and Welcome Center Hosts, to provide a worshipful environment, that engages the unchurched, and inspires the believer to follow Christ more fully.

Our vision and priority is to reach our community and to create environments for spiritual growth and ministry to take place - simply reaching and discipling people for Christ.

We are looking for a strong leader who can coordinate the various Sunday Morning teams as well as engage the congregation in worship.

Please feel free to forward an updated resume, and a video of you leading worship, as well as any other information you feel would be helpful for our team.
