Then you may be called to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.


Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Campaign Manager will develop, coordinate, and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing, promotional and communications campaigns that advance the reach, impact and objectives of The Fellowship. This individual will work with internal staff and/or outside agencies to develop and coordinate campaigns that raise awareness of The Fellowship and produces measurable results for its core programs.


Key functions of this role will include:

  • Developing, coordinating and executing marketing, branding, publicity and other communications campaigns, in collaboration with key interdepartmental stakeholders to maximize exposure of The Fellowship’s programs and products within The Fellowship’s own media channels.  As part of this function you will:

    • Review the multitude of assets coming in from the field daily in partnership with the assets & archives group with an eye for how they can be used strategically in The Fellowship’s media.
    • Partner with social media and product development teams to coordinate placement of assets into The Fellowship’s blogs, social media accounts, radio shows, etc.
  • Serving as a liaison for PR and publicity activity in the US, and identify opportunities to raise grassroots involvement in The Fellowship’s work.

  • Overseeing market research projects aimed at measuring donor and constituent opinions, demographics, and psychographics and communicating findings.


Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism. 

  • 5+ years of experience working in corporate/non-profit communications, marketing, journalism, or public relations.

  • Familiarity with and respect for US and Israeli culture.  Passion for The Fellowship's mission and strong familiarity with the Evangelical Christian community.

  • Excellent communication, writing and editing skills especially in the areas of press releases, corporate communications and advertising copy.  Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Effective at gathering information and distilling it into effective communications strategies.

  • Proven ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams

  • Self-starter that is able to work with limited direction. 

  • Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.

  • Detail oriented and highly organized.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree.

  • Experience in working with faith-based non-profit organizations.

  • Experience coordinating both US and International public and media relations.

  • Bilingual fluency in Hebrew.
