Cape Christian Fellowship seeks a Lead Pastor who will be part of the leadership team at CCF. This role will have a significant voice and influence in the future of the church. They will share weekend teaching responsibilities, and be an essential supporter and trusted partner of the founding pastor and the leadership team. He will reflect and personify the vision, mission, ministry philosophy, and values of Cape Christian Fellowship. The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree from an accredited seminary, with 10-years of comparable experience. They will be a visionary leader, communicator, and an organizational builder, with skills to positively influence the congregation and community for the purpose of creating an environment that encourages Cape Christian staff to maximize the use of their gifts for the church to grow, thrive, and prevail.
