Job Description:

Northview Church is looking for a full-time Central Services Weekend Services Ministry Assistant. The Weekend Services Ministry Assistant’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative support for our Weekend Services Pastor and will run intradepartmental communication.  In addition, this position will provide leadership to the Weekend Services volunteers, track team care, champion the service development timeline and also manage event coordination.


The minimum qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a 4 year College; or three to five years of related experience. Related experience would be in Administrative support, leadership, event planning, volunteer coordination and working within a creative team environment.  Personal characteristics, traits or qualities valuable for an employee working in this position include: detail oriented, adaptable, team player, excellence driven, proactive, positive attitude, ability to multitask, problem solver, personable, well-organized and possess good communication and administrative skills.
