Willow Creek Community Church
Job Description:
Willow Creek Community Church has launched four regional congregations with a strategy to turn irreligious people into fully devoted followers of Christ throughout Chicagoland. Our strategy is to multiply Willow Creek beyond the walls of the South Barrington campus through regional campuses. Our goal is to be “one church in multiple locations.” Willow Creek is a church with doors wide open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. Willow is seeking relational Campus Pastors who can lead at our Chicago campus. Those with a pioneering spirit, passion for reaching the unchurched, an understanding of urban ministry, experience in leading staff and volunteer leaders, and with spiritual gifts of Leadership, Teaching, and Administration should apply.

You can apply for this position by sending cover letter and resume to Rob Shearer at hr@willowcreek.org or call 224-512-1088.
