The Service Producer enhances and energizes the worship experience to more powerfully convey the scriptural message and positions those who attend our services to encounter God and grow in their relationship with Him by managing the coordination, administration, and execution of inspiring, compelling, distraction-free services.




Execute Excellent, Inspiring, Distraction-Free Services and Large Scale Events

  • Participate in the Programming team’s brainstorming sessions to fully understand desired outcomes and delivery timelines
  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan/timeline for each service or event
  • Synchronize all planned elements ensuring relevancy and excellence (with buy-in from the Programming and Production teams)
  • Provide umbrella oversight and management of weekly Planning Center Online orders, details and timing
  • Manage project budgets, logistics, contracts, casting, staff, volunteers, schedules, locations, daily operations and physical needs
  • Research relevant creative ideas and approaches and make suggestions to Creative Team and Worship Leaders


Facilitate Weekly Service Rehearsals

  • Partner with Technical Arts Director to create and distribute all required documentation (cue sheets, etc.) for the services
  • Partner with Technical Arts Director to coordinate production details (use of props, transitions, etc.) and work with the Production Team to ensure seamless transitions throughout the flow of the service 


Produce Weekend Services

  • Participate in pre- and post-service team meetings
  • Partner with Technical Arts Director to facilitate speakers, host and other elements through the services
  • Act as a liaison between onstage speakers and the Programming and Production Teams
  • Initiate changes that need to be made based on feedback or service flow and partner with the Programming and Production Teams to execute them


Plan and Execute Special Events

  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to fully understand desired outcomes and delivery timelines
  • Partner with Ministry & Operations Assistant to check date availability and request necessary spaces in EMS scheduling system
  • Act as a liaison between Worship Ministries and the Communications Department for all service communication needs
  • Oversee and manage all logistical components of the events
  • Manage all events to excellent completion on time and at or under budget 


Schedule, Facilitate and Coordinate Guest Speakers

  • Serve as liaison between Senior Pastor, Guest Speakers and the Ministry & Operations Assistant to research, schedule and arrange necessary logistical details for Guest Speaker participation
  • Partner with Ministry & Operations Assistant to ensure necessary contracts and requisitions are obtained in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate on-site hosting and hospitality as necessary


Recruit and Lead a Highly Effective Production Volunteer Team(s)   

  • Build a culture defined by love and unity 
  • Train, lead, and direct volunteers to execute services and events with excellence
  • Cast vision regularly by sharing stories and celebrating wins
  • Provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement


Assist Worship Ministries with Resource Scheduling and Workflow Management

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Communication, or Production preferred
  • Knowledge of live production (music, teaching, multimedia)
  • Proven ability to lead and work well with others at all levels; strong team player who is enthusiastic and enjoys people
