Online Church Director // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH


Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for an innovative and strategic Online Director to join our team at the Central Team located in Centerville. This person will champion the online church experience and collaborate with the production, music, media, communications, and central ministry team to execute online services at Eagle Brook Church. A person skilled in coordinating details and leading people will thrive in this role. What You’ll Champion // ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsible for developing and strategizing what the online church experience looks and      feels like in the pre-launch and post-launch phases
  • Partner in the development of all aspects of the online experience (Ex: Website, Execution, Communication)
  • Responsible for all online specific content for broadcasted services and events
  • Manage tools to engage weekly audience during and in addition to during live services.  This includes, but is not limited to, social media accounts, etc
  • Facilitate communication between online audience and Eagle Brook respective      ministries (Ex: Care Ministry, Complaints, Technical Support, Finance, and      Teaching Team)
  • Collaborate with central and campus production, music, media, communications, and central ministry around the planning process relating to online services
  • Report online statistics and manage trends for online viewership
  • Manage online experience budget and copyrights




  • Serve as the online producer during broadcasted services and events
  • Oversee online production staff and volunteers during broadcasted services and events
  • Coach online volunteer teams (Ex: CG operator, online cameras, video director, etc.)
  • Attend collaborative planning meetings with campus staff to prepare for weekend services
  • Partner with campus production teams to successfully translate the room experience to an online experience
  • Manage online volunteer schedules, recruitment and development
  • Manage and perform weekly maintenance for online website
  • Oversees content creation for all online specific needs
  • Write Host Segments, Pre Service, Announcements, Graphics, and Videos





  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent live production work experience
  • Full knowledge of live production and online broadcast
  • 2+ years of experience and skills with live production
  • Experience leading and supervising production team and volunteers
  • Strong team building and leadership skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines


Work Schedule:  Wednesday – Sunday. Occasional evenings for special events. Expected to work 45+ weekends/year.


Classification: Exempt; Salary // Status: Full-Time // Team: Ministry Development
