Northview Church is looking for an entry level full-time Central Services Associate Graphic Designer to work from our Carmel, IN campus location. The Associate Graphic Designer’s primary responsibility is to execute an unforgettable, multi-platform design
that leaves a lasting impression, while maintaining the integrity of the Northview Church branding. This position provides support to all campuses for their weekend services and all ministries and assists the Graphic Designer with any projects needed.
The minimum qualifications are an Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years of related experience and/or training. Related experience would be in professional graphic design setting specifically in the
area of multiple platforms including live environments, print, web, social media, promotional materials and other electronic media. Must be able to provide a professional portfolio of graphic design clips. Personal characteristics, traits or qualities valuable
for an employee working in this position include: detail oriented, adaptable, team player, professional, and creative, well organized and possess great relational skills. Must be able to take constructive criticism well and make adjustments to projects as
