A crucial role on our Core (central services) Team has become available. The Communications Project Manager helps support and implement the communications strategy of Park Community Church under the leadership of the Director of Operations. This requires
a firm grasp of the beliefs, values and strategy of Park and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and ministry requests in a fast paced environment. The CPM will help direct the planning, implementation, and tracking of communications projects
and provide support to the department by keeping it organized, forward thinking and schedule oriented. The CPM also manages the church-wide calendar and communications schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress
of various communications projects.
The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a large multi-cultural, multi-campus, and diverse church culture where relationships, authenticity, integrity, and loyalty are critical. A proven ability to lead with strong teamwork and project management
skills is imperative. In addition to effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills a successful candidate will be able to manage time effective and balance and prioritize a heavy workload. The successful candidate will have a proven track
record of working in a setting committed to reaching the unreached, working within an urban community, and creativity through team collaboration. The CPM should have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible while keeping a keen attention
to detail. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s level degree from an accredited college or university.
