Job Summary: The Business Manager is responsible for the accurate accounting and handling of all church finances and for administering the business affairs of the church. The Business Manager provides efficient administration and leadership in the areas
of finance, human resources, building and grounds and risk management. The Business Manager serves as a staff liaison to the following committees: Budget and Finance, Building and Grounds, Review and Evaluation and ad-hoc teams as needed. Being able to
effectively manage the Financial Assistant, Sexton, office and program personnel are also essential functions of this position.
