Job Description:

Bethel Church is currently seeking our next Campus Pastor. He will be responsible for the leadership, over-sight, spiritual direction and management of a church campus.

Bethel is a growing, non-denominational, evangelical church that strives to exalt Jesus Christ through expository preaching, God-saturated worship, loving community, and gospel outreach. We are 45 minutes south of downtown Chicago in Northwest Indiana. Bethel is a church of 3,000+, meeting weekly in seven Sunday morning services at four locations. The current ministry vision states "Bethel Church exists to multiply disciples through multiple sites and multiple partnerships," and the church has launched three new campuses in three years.

Originally based in Crown Point IN, the church opened its first multi-site location in Cedar Lake IN in the summer of 2012. The following year Bethel purchased the former Boys and Girls Club in downtown Gary which became its third campus – this time with a vision towards developing a multi-ethnic and urban congregation. Finally, Bethel launched its fourth campus in the Hobart/Portage area in the fall of 2014. While much has happened, the church anticipates more exciting stories of God's work as we strive to make Jesus known throughout Northwest Indiana by growing our existing communities and exploring the launch of new campus locations.
