Job Description
Lead a growing congregation to worship God. By developing musicians and other artists, utilize music as well as other arts to help people experience and express the glory of God.

Kind of person sought: A godly man or woman impassioned about the gospel. Ego should be firmly in check. Our Director of Worship should be a leader of leaders who is able to both recruit and coach. Should have a good voice and be gifted on a lead instrument like guitar or keys. The person should be a team player with other staff and church leaders.

Responsibilities include leading worship for services and events, recruiting, scheduling and coaching musicians and other artists, working together with other pastors and directors, and overseeing audio, video and lighting. Should be familiar or able to learn ProPresenter and Planning Center.

Since we have "…an unswerving commitment to the next generation", our next Director of Worship needs to be able to shape the Keystone culture by developing the next generation to worship God through the arts.
