Job Description:

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • support the Lead Pastor, Director and Associate Director of Music
  • prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • file and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
  • answer and manage phone calls
  • receive and interact with members and visitors
  • co-ordinate project-based work

Education and Experience

  • 3 years Executive Assistant experience providing support at a high level
  • proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
