Campus Executive Pastor // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH


Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for a highly organized and relational Campus Executive Pastor to join our team at the Woodbury campus. This person will champion the professional and pastoral development of the ministry staff and oversee the execution of the various ministries at the campus. A person with strong written and verbal communication, and a passion for bringing out the best in people, will thrive in this role. What You’ll Champion // ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve operational and ministry objectives
  • Recruit and develop volunteer leaders
  • Recruit and develop group leaders and encourage group participation
  • Implement strategies for growth in numbers and spiritual maturity of campus
  • Champion the 5G’s and Big 3 strategies at the campus.  Lead staff and other volunteer leaders in an effort to see results and transformation take place through these strategies
  • Provide leadership and administration of the campus team in order to develop leaders and volunteers



  • Oversee pastoral staff and facilities manager at the campus as assigned
  • Do ministry as needed or assigned
  • Assist in hiring and developing staff
  • Oversee ministry and facility budgets for campus
  • Perform care functions including pastoral visits, weddings, and funerals as needed



  • BA/BS Degree
  • Experience building, leading, motivating, and developing effective employee and volunteer teams
  • Experienced in leadership roles in either a church or corporate environment
  • Ability to develop and communicate a vision of challenging goals, growth, and progress
  • A proven leader with natural communication skills
  • Effective in problem solving and conflict resolution 
  • Biblical qualifications for pastoral leadership


Work Schedule: Generally Saturday - Wednesday at their campus. This includes weekend services plus some evenings for meetings, and need to be able to meet when volunteers are available or when care is needed.


Classification: Exempt; Salary // Status: Full-time // Team: Campus Ministry
