Director of Community – Grace Point Church



The Director of Community is responsible to lead and develop the Life Groups Ministry – and related ministry areas – for the purpose of accomplishing the discipling of all Grace Point Church adults, as part of our process to lead common people to uncommon life in Jesus. This position is full time, requiring at least 40 hours per week. Salary is commensurate to responsibilities with consideration given for prospect’s education, experience and previous effectiveness. Vacation, PTO, health benefits are also available. This position is accountable to the Associate Pastor responsible for Community Ministries.

  3. Maintains a consistent devotional life of prayer and Bible study
