Hill Country Bible Church Austin is committed to our vision to reach every man, woman and child in Greater Austin with the gospel of Jesus Christ. God has placed us in one of the fastest growing, most dynamic cities in the nation and has given us extraordinary
opportunities to engage and influence our culture. Following Jesus’ example, we meet people where they are, get to know them, and help them move toward Him, no matter where they’re starting from.
We invest in efforts that bring us face-to-face with people, whether it’s connecting with our neighbors who have questions about God, supporting families in financial crisis, or engaging with children who are struggling to read through our citywide literacy
endeavors. Over the years, these types of positive interactions with individuals and organizations have helped change the spiritual landscape in our city, and people are more open than ever to having conversations about God and faith. Revival is happening
in Austin, and HCBC is helping lead the way.
By God’s goodness and grace, we have planted 25 churches in Greater Austin since 1996 and have strong partnerships with churches and organizations throughout the city. In addition to these endeavors, our reach has grown through multi-site expansion - “one
church in multiple locations.” We launched our first multi-site campus in 2009 in the Steiner Ranch community; Brush Creek Campus opened in in January of this year, and we have plans to open a Leander Campus in 2016.
About this role: Our Executive Pastor of Ministries will serve on the executive team that runs the operations of the church. The primary goal is it to keep the vision and strategic plans at the forefront to
