Northview Church is looking for a full-time Northview Kids Serving Coordinator for their main campus in Carmel, Indiana. The Northview Kids Serving Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support the Northview Kids staff in recruiting, and training new
Carmel Campus team members. This includes the team member recruitment process, orientation, shadow experiences, training and requirements. The minimum qualifications are a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in a related field from a four-year college or university;
or one to two years related experience and/or training. Related experience would be working in volunteering recruiting. Personal characteristics, traits or qualities valuable for an employee working in this position include: detail oriented, planner, problem
solver, encouraging, personable, well-organized, team player, friendly, welcoming, creative, helpful and possesses a positive attitude.
