Faith Church is a non-denominational Christian church with an attendance of over 13,000 active members and weekly attendees. Pastors David and Nicole Crank founded Faith Church in 2004, beginning with just 200 people. With multiple locations throughout the Greater Saint Louis (Missouri) area and an additional campus in West Palm Beach, Florida, Faith Church has become one of the fastest-growing and most innovative churches in America, according to Outreach Magazine. Energetic and creatively unique in their approach to evangelism and outreach, Faith Church is committed to reaching new people far from God through the planting of new campuses and support of global mission efforts all over the world.

The primary purpose of the Children’s Pastor is to provide leadership, vision, and direction that creates a life-giving atmosphere of vibrant and enticing discipleship and evangelism for the children, parents, and the Children’s Ministry Team of Faith Church. The Children’s Pastor will manage the church-wide direction of Faith Kids. This oversight includes direct responsibility for Faith Kids at Sunset Hills Campus, Weldon Spring Campus, and Earth City Campus. This position would also work closely with the West Palm Beach Campus Director.

While education is not a predetermining factor in the selection of a new Children’s Director, the successful candidate must be one who has demonstrated several years of development and administrative oversight in full-time children’s ministry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing a ministry in a community setting that has interactions with people from multi-generational backgrounds and economic statuses. The candidate will have had experience working as an effective leader of ministry teams, with the responsibility of providing vision for volunteers, and the ability to develop and monitor a vibrant, creative, and attractive children’s ministry that is equally focused on family-based discipleship.
