As the Human Resources Manager you will help Cornerstone achieve is vision through helping to create a healthy ministry environment. You will take a lead role in establishing HR systems and processes that align with our vision of reaching the East Bay and
the world. Through staff training, development, policy and process development you will help ensure that all campuses are functioning well and within legal compliance. You will research, update and make recommendations to the Leadership Team on all compliance
laws and how they should be implemented. This role is also responsible for managing all aspects of employee paperwork and file management including recruitment, on-boarding, orientation, performance evaluations, employee relations, employee development, and
separation. The HR role requires that you are a mature follower of Christ, have great interpersonal skills, can problem solve and have a good sense of humor.
This is a Full-time, exempt, 40 hours a week posiiton with benefits.
