and contemporary) with a weekly youth participation of approximately 50 (with up to 100 for special events).
This position focuses on the discipleship of youth and young adults in our congregation as well as outreach and evangelism to young people in our community. We expect this person to build and strengthen relationships, as they develop and oversee our discipling
ministry with all youth (grades 6-12) in partnership with parents and youth leaders, as well create new ministries for young adults. This person will serve as the point person for all youth and young adult ministries including weekly meetings/worship, small
groups, retreats, leadership development, mission trips, community contact work, fund raising and special events. Basic qualifications and skills: Undergraduate Degree; Seminary Degree, preferred; minimum of 2-3 Years of Youth Ministry Experience.
