Job Description:

Front Range Christian Church is a one year old church plant located 30 miles south of Denver, Colorado in the town of Castle Rock. Castle Rock is a fast growing community that offers quick access to the mountains with a small town feel for families. Front Range’s mission is to help people become intentional neighbors through knowing and following Christ. We are seeing God do some great things as a one year old church plant, and we are in the process of launching our second campus.

Because of the great growth we are experiencing and the opportunities we believe God is opening for the church, we are looking for people who are passionate about loving God, loving others, and willing to serve the church and the community in various ways to see those who are far from Christ come to faith in Jesus. We are looking for people who are willing to join us in an internship, where they can focus on one of the following tracks:

Church Planting/Campus Pastor: This track is designed for those who believe they are called to plant a church, or for those who might be interested in being a campus pastor at a multi-site church.

Community Groups: This track is designed for those who believe that God has called them to recruit, equip, and resource leaders to lead groups of people into community through Bible study, building authentic relationships, and serving the people around them.

Worship: This track is designed for those who have a passion and gifting for worship ministries and want to learn and grow in worship leading, band development, tech, sound engineering, and other ways that help people engage in worship.

Family Ministry: This track is designed for those who have a passion for children’s or youth ministries and want to learn to recruit leaders, develop creative environments for the next generation, and resource families.

Missions/Outreach: This track is designed for those who have a strong desire to reach the unchurched, serve the least of these, or possibly becoming a full-time missionary locally or globally.

If you are interested in being a part of a growing, multi-site church plant, you can check out more information at or contact Neil Lamm ( for more information.

This internship will begin in September and last for nine months.
