Lifepoint Church began in 2004 in Fredericksburg, Virginia, when Pastor Daniel Floyd and a group of approximately 50 people had a desire to make a difference in their community. The largest campus in Fredericksburg remained portable for nine years as the church grew.  A new facility was built at the current site on Central Park Blvd. and opened in the fall of 2014.

Since its inception, the heart of Lifepoint has been to reach people who are far from God. Lifepoint Church has now expanded to three simultaneous locations, with a growing weekly attendance that reaches nearly 4,000 people. The additional campuses in Stafford and Spotsylvania currently meet in local high schools. Pastor Daniel Floyd, a dynamic and creative leader and communicator, leads Lifepoint Church. They are seeking a Campus Pastor for the Fredericksburg and online campus as they continue to grow and reach the kingdom for Christ.

Lifepoint Church is seeking a Campus Pastor to provide leadership and oversight to the Fredericksburg campus staff of Lifepoint Church. This role will articulate the vision at Lifepoint Church in a way that supports the overall vision, mission, and values. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the Sr. Pastor, Campus staff, Central staff, and volunteer teams with the goal of providing programs and participation that foster spiritual and congregational growth. The primary goal of the Campus Pastor will be to grow and lead the campus through building relationships with attendees, volunteers, and the community.

Lifepoint Church has a high capacity, driven staff with a culture of excellence and personal development.  The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a setting committed to reaching those who are far from God, working within a community, leading staff, and promoting innovation through collaboration. They will show a high degree of effectiveness in leadership, communication, and public speaking. The ideal candidate must be excellent at developing leaders who develop other leaders and bring depth to the teams and staff.  Work in a multi-staff, multi-site setting is strongly preferred.
