The inspiring story of Thompson Station Church is one of faithful perseverance and visionary perspective. The church's history speaks for itself. TSC began with humble beginnings in 1980 as a mission church of two Nashville area Baptist churches. TSC
started in the home of Charlie and Jane Bagsby and has now grown to an expansive campus with over 2,000 in attendance each weekend. Founded with a vision to reach lost people and lead them to become fully devoted followers of Christ, the congregation is made
up of all generations, including a high percentage of children.
Called to pastor TSC in early 1989, Tom McCoy has lead the church for 26 years, and under his leadership TSC has become a growing, dynamic, externally focused church with a strong vision and track record for reaching the unchurched, impacting the community
for Christ, and participating in God’s heart for the world. The church has posted an annual positive growth rate the majority of its years and has large, well-maintained facilities with an excellent reputation within the community. TSC is one church in multiple
locations and with campuses in Spring Hill and Columbia, it is positioned for continued growth in the coming years.
