Helpful Information: Hilltown Baptist Church is a growing congregation with a weekly attendance of 350-400 and a desire to grow in our appreciation and integration of the arts. We enjoy a blended worship selection of theologically-rich
contemporary music and hyms (ie: Getty Music, Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, etc.). We enjoying using choirs, ensembles, and an orchestra for various services throughout the year, and while experience conducting may be helpful, it is not necessary if you are
good at working with capable volunteers.
Our vision is to create disciples of Christ. The way we do that and how we define that is Loving God, Loving People, and Helping Others Do the Same. We are working to create a relational ministry where transformational relationships are part of the
ethos of our church family. Our desire is that the Director of Worship shares that passion and is capable of helping pursue and protect that vision.
