In 1998, Bay Area Fellowship, a non-denominational Christian church, was planted by Bil and Jessica Cornelius in Corpus Christi, TX. Starting with only five people in an apartment, the church has always had a relentless focus on seeing lives changed through
the message of Jesus Christ. With that focus, a heart for planting churches, and a growing television ministry, the church today has grown to over 8,000 people meeting in nine campuses throughout South Texas, making it one of Outreach Magazine's Top 100 fastest-growing
churches. The church is actively seeking a location for its first San Antonio, TX campus, as well as further expansion across the nation. On August 24, 2014, the church announced its name change to
Church Unlimited – a name in line with its mission of helping others live an unlimited life through Jesus.

Church Unlimited is seeking an Executive Pastor of Worship will provide leadership and oversight to worship experiences, worship staff, production staff and volunteers at all Church Unlimited campuses. This role will create and articulate the vision for
expressions of worship at Church Unlimited in a way that supports the vision, mission, and values. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the Lead Pastor, Campus Worship Pastors/Directors, the Production and Technical teams, Media
teams, and the worship volunteers to create a worship environment that will stimulate participation, growth, and connection among the congregation gathered. The Executive Pastor of Worship will also function as the lead planner for all worship environments
and experiences across all Church Unlimited campuses.
Church Unlimited has a high capacity, driven staff with a culture of excellence and personal development. The church is looking for a self-motivated, proactive leader of leaders who is comfortable with a high level of involvement in a fast-paced and constantly
developing environment. The successful candidate will have had 5 years of progressively responsible ministry and/or worship leadership experience in a large church (5,000+). The new Executive Pastor of Worship must be flexible and passionate in their role
and be able to connect and lead with the Lead Pastor. The successful candidate will be excellent at attracting and developing leaders who develop other leaders and bring depth to the worship teams. They must have excellent and strong leadership abilities,
in addition to their musical and technical abilities.
