Executive Administrative Assistant
Marketplace Chaplains exists to share God’s love in the workplace by providing an employee care
service through Chaplain Teams. The largest and first ministry of its kind in the workplace, Marketplace
Chaplains provides proactive, personalized care to over 160,000 employees across 45 states.
Marketplace Chaplains International serves over 4,700 employees in six international countries. In
addition, Railroad Chaplains provides support to the rail transportation industry and families who suffer
loss due to a railroad incident.
Marketplace Chaplains is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant who will be working for multiple senior leaders of Marketplace Chaplains, both USA and International, Railroad Chaplains, and the Marketing Department.
Other Duties include:
Preparation of various critical reports
Preparation of client reports for international clients
Ordering literature on a quarterly basis
Handle correspondence & billing related to Railroad Chaplains
Handle correspondence as needed for President of Marketplace Chaplains
Additional important administrative functions for each department as needs arise
Proficient use of Microsoft Office – especially Excel
Significant mail merge experience
Experience supporting executive leadership
