This congregation, with an average worship attendance of 1000, is searching for a Youth Minister who has a strong relationship with Christ, a passion for teenagers and their families, and seeks to equip teenagers with what they need to be faithful disciples. Middletown Christian Church desires for its youth ministry to be a place where youth are unleashed to experience God, love one another and serve others. The Youth Minister will serve youth (grades 6-12) and their families not only by investing in their lives and creating discipleship opportunities for them, but also by continuing to build a team of adult volunteers that works together to achieve the mission and goals of the Youth Ministry of Middletown Christian Church.  The Youth Minister will manage and lead the middle and high school ministry programs, will invest relationally in the lives of youth and their families and volunteers, and will lead a growing worship service for youth in grades 6-12 on Sunday mornings, currently with 80-100 students attending each week. He or she will also embrace the vision of Middletown Christian Church to live out the love of Christ by embracing people where they are.
