Job Description:

Do you dream about launching a new congregation?

Do people consider you to have an entrepreneurial spirit?

Do you have a proven track record of building ministry from the ground up?

Do you have gifts and passions in the areas of strategy, leadership, evangelism and shepherding?

Would you prefer leading an influential team of staff and volunteers over teaching from the stage?

If so, we are seeking a Lead Pastor to start a new congregation in the near-west suburbs of Chicago. The Lead Pastor will be the primary face of Willow Creek, providing leadership to the congregation, staff team and surrounding community. The Lead Pastor must have a heart for evangelism and discipleship, be an innovative thinker, a consistent top performer, able to communicate a compelling vision, and lead and inspire others.
