Hope Point is looking for a Children’s Pastor for 1000 + member congregation. The ideal candidate posses a proven track record of effective ministry to children demonstrated by spiritual health, discipleship, numeric growth, creativity and leadership development.
The ideal candidate will develop leadership for the multiple children's services weekly, children’s outreaches, ministry to the kids and their families, recruit, develop, and lead volunteers for the different facets of children's ministries, and will provide
supervision and leadership to the entire children's ministries, staff and volunteers from 1st to 5th grade.
Candidates need to have a good blend of creativity and administrative skills along with a servant’s heart towards senior leadership. Good oral and written communication skills, a team player, and a mindset that honors deadlines and weekly reporting requirements
are also vital to this position. Most importantly, we desire a person with exceptional people skills, a mindset for growth, and one who also knows how to operate and thrive in a culture of reladtionships and teamwork.
