This position is a unique position as it requires someone who enjoys working within a team and is willing to work outside of their comfort zone with children of all ages. Our Family Ministry Team each has a primary area of responsibility, however, we each
serve within the other areas of the ministry as we believe this is the most effective way to reach families and eliminates ministry gaps. It also creates constant opportunties for personal and professional growth.
If you are someone who does not like change, can not adjust quickly, is merely looking for a job and not answering a calling to serve His Kids, please do not apply.
If you have a heart to serve children and their families, are willing and open to growth, enjoy working within a close team and are excited about getting involved into something challenging but effective, please prayerfully consider applying.
