Job Description:

First Presbyterian Church in Jamaica is currently looking for a Director of Finance & Administration that will help direct and oversee the financial and accounting activities of the church.


Duties will include: Asset management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, tax reporting, income statements, personnel management, date entry, etc.


Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in accounting or relevant field.  Five years of experience in accounting field.  Excellent MS Office skills, advanced in Excel, Word and Outlook.  Familiarity with Intergrated Church Software - People and Financial modules (Church Accounting System).  Excellent communication, both verbal and written, organizational skills, and outstanding attention to accuracy.
