Job Description:

Growing church with a mission to help people move one step closer to Christ and a vision to move thousands of people in our community, nation, and world one step closer to Christ.  The Discipleship Pastor will serve the church by creating discipleship ministry goals and strategies, followed by (1) forming, (2) leading, and (3) coaching teams in order to strategically meet goals.  Oversees the discipleship strategies of C-groups, educational classes, men's and women's ministries, life journaling, creation and development of a new leadership program and other new strategies.
