Job Description:

First Priority of South Florida/Treasure Coast is a faith based, inter-denominational, ‘Great Commission’ focused, student led ‘Equal Access’ club ministry impacting six counties on 165 middle and high school campuses. Established in 1998 under the leadership of Chris Lane, First Priority began on 4 campuses in Broward County and has experienced exceptional expansion of its evangelistic impact since then. The current First Priority Team is comprised of 14 full and part-time members that function under the Godly leadership of an influential and effective board and is both E.C.F.A. and Ministry Ventures certified. Inroads to come along side churches in Miami Dade County to encourage, equip and empower their students to embrace a ‘campus missional’ vision began several years ago and has progressed to the level that now requires the placement a full-time team leader that resides within the county.


Toward this end, First Priority is seeking a County Director who will embrace the mission and vision of First Priority to have a First Priority club on every public middle and high school campus in Miami Dade, This person will engage youth pastors/workers and their churches to unite The Church in this effort. The County Director will implement a plan to raise resources from the community to support the ministry to the community. They will be experienced in and have demonstrated these traits: relational, visional, teachable, leadership, humility, theologically sound, Gospel focused, evangelistic, missional.
