Job Description:

The Director of Care Ministries leads a critical ministry at Park Community Church as they offer counseling, resources and connections for pastors, elders, staff, and deacons as they serve and care for all who attend Park. The successful candidate will be a woman who thrives in a large, multi-cultural, multi-campus and diverse church culture where relationships, authenticity, integrity and loyalty are critical. A highly gifted individual who is available to lighten the load in the counseling area of those who attend Park, this director works closely with our Pastor of Counseling and Marriage Ministries as a partner in providing counseling. The Director of Care Ministries plays a critical role, as they will serve as one of the primary counselors to women at Park. 


In addition to effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills a successful candidate will be able to manage time effective and balance and prioritize a heavy workload. This Director should be a top-notch leader as they will be ever assessing the Care needs at Park and respond accordingly as the primary leader of the Deacon Ministry. This individual will also care for the congregation by offering classes/workshops in addition to their counseling responsibilities.
