Job Description:

The Church Administrator is responsible for leadership and management of the day-to-day church administration, adult service ministries, building & grounds, nursery administration and assigned church operations and will assist the senior pastor as needed with the overall administration of the church. It is imperative that in seeking this position you are a solid and mature, born again Christian with the qualities of discreet conflict resolution, compassion, friendliness, and a dependable leader in line with God’s word, God’s vision for the church and malleable to God’s will. Position Is -Paid Full-time
Position May Be Filled By -A born again practicing Christian
Minimum Maturity Level- Solid, very mature Christian
Spiritual Gifts- Shepherding, Exhortation, Administration
Talents or Abilities Desired- Organizational skills, ability to teach and lead others, Able to serve as a support person to the senior pastor, Counseling and conflict resolution skills. Some understanding of construction work

 Position Summary:


  • ·Oversee the day to day operations of  the church facility
  • ·Facilitate implementation of the churches' vision
  • ·Manage volunteer leaders and volunteer calendars
  • ·Evaluate church organization and coordinate programs for effectiveness

     -Specifically new attenders, volunteers and members      

      assimilation, and discipleship structures.
 • Direct community and facility communications

Spiritual Qualifications:


  • ·A committed baptized (by immersion) disciple of Jesus Christ
  • ·Demonstrates a lifestyle of biblical eldership (Titus 1 :5-9)
  • ·Committed to the inspiration of Scripture (2nd Timothy 3:16-17)
  • ·A history of being a unifying presence in previous churches 


General Qualifications:


  • ·Ability to effectively convey and help realize the goals of the church
  • ·Demonstrates an ability to manage and inspire paid and volunteer workers
  • ·Exhibits a detail-oriented nature
  • ·Training in systems analysis and implementation
